All applicants and related documents for the Centennial Farm Program. Information includes but is not limited to: a completed application, a photograph of the farm and documents demonstrating that the farm fulfills necessary criteria (i.e., copy of the original deed and family history showing that it is a working farm, that it has a minimum of ten acres, that ownership has remained in the same family for over one hundred consecutive years and that the relationship of the present owner to the owner of one hundred years ago is clearly stated), the official certification document, current owner's address and telephone number, press release, etc.
